Service Description
Cross-functional misalignment can stall even the best product teams. This 60-minute session is designed to unify your product, engineering, and design teams by surfacing miscommunication, realigning priorities, and creating shared understanding of goals and workflows. We’ll guide your team through a fast but focused facilitation and deliver a post-session brief with recommendations. What’s included: • 60-minute alignment workshop (Zoom) • Real-time facilitation of product team challenges • Alignment brief PDF (includes goals, roles, and priority mapping)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmations: All sessions must be scheduled in advance and prepaid via our secure online booking platform. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details, Zoom link (if virtual), and a calendar invite. Rescheduling: We understand that things happen. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. To reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly. If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled time, we will try our best to accommodate you. However, new availability is not guaranteed, and the session may be forfeited. Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered non-refundable. • No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice will also be forfeited and are non-refundable. This policy helps us protect availability and respect the time of our team and other clients. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled without refund. If you’re running behind, please notify us as soon as possible. Deliverables & Digital Work: Many of our services include digital strategy deliverables or follow-up memos. These are created specifically for you and are considered final upon delivery. No refunds are issued for completed digital work. Communication: All official correspondence, including scheduling changes and deliverables, will be handled via email. Please ensure you use a valid email address at checkout and check your spam folder if you haven’t received confirmation.
